What the hub records, and what it does not
Activity on this site is counted so operators, partners and funders can see what the hub delivers. This page explains exactly what that means.
Activity we record
When you use the hub, we record the kind of action that happened and what it related to: a search action, a region or listing you opened, a place you saved, and clicks from a listing through to an operator’s website. Each record carries the page it happened on and the time. We do not store raw search text in new activity records. The hosting platform may process account, security and request metadata when providing the service.
What you send us
If you submit a listing, an event, a claim, a partnership enquiry or a message, we keep what you send, including the name and email address you provide, so we can reply and, for listings and events, publish the business details you asked us to publish. Administrators can review submissions; signed-in submitters can see their own submissions. Private review notes stay restricted to administrators.
Your account and saved trips
If you sign in, your saved itineraries are stored on your account and are available to you and authorised administrators. If you save items without signing in, they are kept in your own browser on that device on that device. Saving an item also records an activity event without storing your whole guest trip.
Reporting and sharing
We report activity in aggregate: how many views, saves and referral clicks the hub generated, broken down by region or listing. Operators see the activity for their own listing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not publish statistics we have not measured on this site.
Removing your information
You can ask us to delete a submission or remove your listing from the hub at any time by sending a message through the contact form. We will act on it and confirm when it is done.
